QUALITY POLICY

The company Dolciaria Ambrosiana Srl has as priority objectives the maximum attention to the measure of customer satisfaction, the release of legal and safe products, the protection of dignity and safe working conditions for the staff, the effectiveness and efficiency of processes, the search for technologies with low environmental impact, with a view to continuous improvement. Dolciaria Ambrosiana Srl has adaptedits Quality Management System to the voluntary UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, BRC and IFS standards, aswellas to the applicable mandatory regulations, especially in terms of quality and food safety, and has identified the following conditions to achieve the above mentioned objectives:

CUSTOMERS

Ensuring timely deliveries, guaranteeing a constant and precise flow of information regarding the products offered, executing orders received in compliance with the contractual conditions stipulated, offering our customers products that meet the specific requirements, and efficient services that qualify our Company as an effective custodian of a culture of quality. We are also committed to spreading the culture of quality among our suppliers.

EMPLOYEES

Promote and stimulate staff training, encouraging the involvement and active participation of all staff in the activities carried out in the company; pay particular attention to their suggestions, observations and advice, including the provision of a confidential reporting system, through the installation of a mailbox dedicated to staff; safeguard the rights of all workers, in particular not to use or support child labour; ensure a safe working environment, freedom of association, fair pay and working hours that correspond to current regulations and contracts; and not discriminate against or implement procedures that harm human rights.

Environment

Identify and monitor business processes, analysing environmental aspects and their related impacts in order to reduce as much as possible the effects of environmental activities on the environment. Search for sustainable technological solutions with low environmental impact, enhancing the local territory. Research the reduction of consumption. Prevent pollution. To comply with environmental legislation and regulations. Inform and educate its employees, suppliers and customers on the principles of environmental sustainability and respect for the environment.

Products

Making healthy, safe and reliable products thanks to the continuous attention to quality and selection of raw materials used, the commitment to produce GMO-free food, the self-control exercised in all phases of the production cycle, ensuring the detection and removal of any contaminants of the product through the activities of maintaining adequate hygienic and sanitary conditions of areas and equipment, training of personnel on food hygiene and safety, monitoring of pests, information and awareness of suppliers of raw materials on the risks of contamination of the same, sampling plan of raw materials and finished products that establish the frequency of analysis for the various types of risk, identification and monitoring of critical control points, implementation of procedures to verify the effectiveness of the current system.

The Company's Management makes this policy available through dissemination tools deemed appropriate and submits it to annual review where necessary.
